BIBLE HILL — The 26th annual Golden Age Auto Club’s show and shine takes place this weekend.
In addition to showing off unique cars from the past, the Saturday and Sunday event also boasts of car shows, car corrals, a Saturday night dance and a two-day flea market.
The market attracts a variety of vendors, including a returning Prince Edward Island man, Brian Beaton, who sells magnetic pain relief bracelets and necklaces.
The jewellery is made with rare earth magnets from countries around the world. Beaton said the jewellery increases blood circulation which, in turn, helps rid the body of bad toxins.
Not only has he sold the necklaces and bracelets to people experiencing muscle pulls, general aches, sprains, bursitis, tendonitis and lower back pain, but he now sells collars for household pets as well.
